1) CANADA – avvio indagine antidumping sull’import di zucchero raffinato da Danimarca, Germania, Paesi Bassi, Regno Unito, USA e antisovvenzioni con riferimento a tutti gli Stati membri UE, al fine di ricalcolare i prezzi all'esportazione e l'ammontare delle sovvenzioni ed assicurare l'effettiva corrispondenza tra i valori di riferimento utilizzati e le condizioni di mercato attuali. 2) THAILANDIA - chiusura procedura di salvaguardia sull’import di foglio di alluminio (avviata nel settembre 2020) con la pubblicazione del provvedimento sulla Thai Royal Gazette (vol. 138 Special Section 206) con cui le competenti Autorità tailandesi notificano la conclusione dell’inchiesta in via definitiva senza l’imposizione delle misure.
3) PAKISTAN – nell’ambito del procedimento antidumping riguardante l’import di bobine/fogli laminati a freddo dall’UE, Corea, Taiwan e Vietnam, avviato nel febbraio scorso (rif. news del 22/03/2021), le competenti Autorità pakistane, dopo aver accertato il pregiudizio per l'industria nazionale, hanno introdotto dazi provvisori per un periodo di quattro mesi a partire dal 23 agosto 2021 (per l’UE pari al 6,50%).
