Unindustria’s mission

Unindustria Reggio Emilia wants to be a reference point for local businesses and help drive and stimulate, including in synergy with local institutions, the development of the economic and social system of the province of Reggio Emilia. 
 

What representation means

Unindustria Reggio Emilia is a spokesperson for needs linked not only to the development and protection of the companies themselves, but also to local growth as a whole. 

Its awareness of corporate social responsibility guides the association’s work in order to harmonise companies’ reasons with those of the community. There is a direct relationship of collaboration and discussion between the Association, institutions and the socio-political world. 

At local and national level, this representation comes in the shape of participation in working tables to discuss and share initiatives 
that directly or indirectly involve local companies. These activities are the chance to express the needs of companies in Reggio Emilia, to exchange best practices, and to create, including in synergy with other organisations, innovative methods to meet companies’ needs.

At the same time, part of this commitment has been dedicated to issues of local importance, aimed at improving the overall conditions in which companies operate.
