This Area oversees the Unindustria Reggio Emilia administrative system to optimise its economic-financial management and to protect the Association’s assets.

The Credit and Finance Area offers a tailor-made financial consultancy service for all associated companies. It offers direct access to many advantages, services and tools developed for both start-ups and small businesses as well as for medium-large organisations.

This Area provides an assessment service that helps evaluate companies’ level of digital maturity and runs an extensive strategic project, the Digital District, which supports companies in tackling the challenges and transformations connected to Industry 4.0.
It is also available for all associates for potential consultations on digitalisation processes and the use of Industry 4.0 technologies.

The Environment and Energy Area offers consultancy on the main issues regarding the role which companies have in the local ecosystem, helping them comply with existing legislation: from transport to logistics, from waste to atmospheric emissions, from company quality to certifications and right up to privacy regulations.

This Area provides companies with consultancy, assistance, information and representation in fiscal and taxation matters and carries out continuous training by organising free technical meetings, workshops and seminars on fiscal matters. It also provides associated companies with specialist consultancy at special rates.

The ICT Area oversees the vision, development and management of the IT systems of the Unindustria Reggio Emilia Group, coordinating all aspects of technical assistance.

This Area is a reference point for research projects, innovation and open innovation. It recommends subsidised loans and access methods. It promotes the collaboration, aggregation and creation of business networks as business models to foster development projects. It scouts out innovative start-ups and supports them as they grow until they enter the market.

The Internationalisation Area is a reference point for businesses that are approaching foreign markets and seeking new business opportunities. Associates can rely on information and technical support regarding issues connected to imports and exports. Unindustria is a spokesperson representing the needs of businesses regarding foreign trade policy at the most relevant occasions.

The Local and Urban Planning Area helps companies manage administrative, authorisation and urban planning procedures and offers consultancy for premises and expansions in production. It also monitors local planning relating to infrastructure, logistics and mobility.
 

This Area handles the relationship with associated companies, strengthening their sense of belonging and encouraging better use of association services. It promotes association services and plans activities to raise the profile of the work carried out by Unindustria, while also overseeing the impact of the positions taken by the Association on the media.

The Study Centre produces and provides companies with a real wealth of economic and statistical information.  The Education Area promotes the collaboration between companies and the world of training; it promotes guidance for choosing study courses; and it assists businesses in accessing support tools for lifelong training.

The Work and Trade Union Relationship Area offers consultancy on labour law, safety, contracts and social security, with constant updates on the management of human resources. It assists companies in renewing individual company contracts and generally in handling trade union relationships.
